Bata is a multi-national footwear company that serves a million customers each year over their more than 5,200 retail stores in 70 countries. With such a huge presence around the globe, Bata aimed to offer a unique retail experience for each market segment.
Different concepts were thus designed with a different customer profile in mind. Existing retail concepts were also given a face-lift to give Bata stores a modern and elegant look. This helped to re-enforce Bata's image as a company offering well-made and well-priced footwear for everyone, leading to increased foot traffic and sales.
